Direct Billing Policy:

I provide direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and Telus eClaims (which includes Canada Life, Manulife, and many others), Sun Life, Medavie Blue Cross, and Provider Connect (Green Shield Insurance, SSQ Insurance, Empire Life, Médic Construction). Unfortunately, I cannot provide direct billing for ICBC, WCB, and MSP. In these cases, you would need to pay me directly and then submit the invoice I provide to your insurer.
